Project Manager: my responsibilities include creating and meeting targets and deadlines for the project on a day-to-day basis while adhering to budgets, potential risks, time constraints, and resources. I also design plans for meetings and introduce processes, (pipelines, feedbacks, and discussions to ensure adequate communication and quality of work).
Lead Environment Artist: my responsibilities include developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline for our 3D artists (from concept to post-production), providing critical feedback on concept art, assets, lighting, visual cohesion (consistent aesthetics and technical quality), and lending a hand in (re)modeling art assets throughout the project’s sprint phases. I also fully worked on texturing, rigging, and integrating all models while leading/driving asset production from start to finish.
